  • Provide full executive support to the CEO in diary management, administration, travel arrangements and meeting preparation and working on specific projects and research as required.
  • Support and develop key internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the CEO with internal/external clients.
  • Booking and managing travel arrangements.
  • Fluent in German both written and spoken
