Now, we’re looking for a Senior Design Engineer who wants to take a key role in shaping how we design and deliver our biogas and biomethane plants across Norway and Sweden.
The Role
As Senior Design Engineer, you’ll be the technical architect of our facilities — transforming ideas into robust, efficient, and safe industrial plants. You’ll combine deep engineering knowledge with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset to optimize design and performance from day one.
You’ll lead design work for new projects, collaborate closely with suppliers and contractors, and ensure that every technical solution meets our high standards for safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and coordinate the full design process — from concept to execution — for biogas and biomethane facilities.
• Develop process layouts, specifications, and P&IDs.
• Review supplier proposals and ensure technical and HSE compliance.
• Support procurement and construction with technical expertise.
• Drive design improvements for existing plants to boost performance and reliability.
• Work closely with operations and project teams to bridge design and real-world operation.
Who You Are
• You have 15–20 years of experience in engineering design or project execution within process, gas, or renewable industries.
• You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• You’re fluent in a Scandinavian language and English.
• You thrive on responsibility, collaboration, and technical excellence.
• You’re proactive, structured, and motivated by seeing your designs come to life.
