Senior Design Engineer – Nordics
As Senior Design Engineer, you’ll be the technical architect of our facilities — transforming ideas into robust, efficient, and safe industrial plants. You’ll combine deep engineering knowledge with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset to optimize design and performance from day one.

Feedstock Manager – Nordics
As Feedstock Manager, you are the commercial and logistical backbone of our operations — the one who ensures our plants always have the right “diet.” You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, managing supplier relationships, contracts, and logistics to keep production running efficiently and profitably.
You’ll also play a key part in our growth journey, securing feedstock for future projects and helping Redo expand across the Nordic region.

Process Engineer – Nordics
As Process Engineer, you’re the technical heart of our operations — the one who keeps our plants running smoothly and continuously improves how we produce biogas and biomethane. You combine hands-on engineering with data-driven insight to optimize processes, solve operational challenges, and support new projects from concept to commissioning.
You’ll work closely with operations, maintenance, and project teams to ensure stable production, strong performance, and compliance with the highest safety and environmental standards.
