We are now seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Head of Marketing to build and lead our marketing function through the next stage of growth.
The Opportunity

As Head of Marketing, you will own the company's marketing strategy, demand generation engine, brand development, and go-to-market execution. You will be responsible for translating business objectives into measurable marketing outcomes and establishing Saga as a leading force within legal technology.
You will work closely with the CEO, Commercial leadership, Product leadership, and external partners while building a scalable marketing organization capable of supporting rapid international growth.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
Strengthen Saga's brand positioning and visibility across target segments and geographies.
Own marketing budget, KPIs, reporting, and ROI measurement.
Demand Generation & Growth
Build and scale a predictable demand generation engine focused on qualified pipeline growth.
Own the entire customer acquisition journey and optimize conversion throughout the funnel.
Lead inbound marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and performance marketing initiatives.
Digital Marketing Excellence
Drive digital marketing activities across SEO, SEM, Paid Media, Email Marketing, LinkedIn, Content Marketing, Partner and Channel Marketing.
Marketing Operations & Analytics
Implement and optimize marketing automation platforms, CRM processes, and reporting capabilities.
Leverage data, analytics, and AI-powered tools to improve decision-making and performance.
Brand, Communications & Events
Lead PR, communications, webinars, events, thought leadership initiatives, and partner marketing activities.
Collaborate with external agencies and marketing specialists.
Leadership & Collaboration
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
Work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership to maximize commercial impact and market success.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of generating measurable business growth through marketing.
Strong B2B marketing experience.
Experience building and scaling marketing functions in high-growth companies.
Demonstrated success in demand generation, inbound marketing, and ABM.
Strong digital and performance marketing capabilities.
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
International marketing experience.
Experience from SaaS, AI, technology, or other knowledge-intensive industries is highly desirable.
